Samsung announced the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Tab. Samsung's new toy brings together all of their leading innovations to provide users with more capabilities while they are on the move.
Samsung Galaxy Tab is powered by Android Operating System 2.2 on the 7-inch TFT-LCD display. It delivers new mobile experience for watching movies, viewing pictures, e-reading or sharing documents. Its light (380g) build provides excellent portability. Adobe Flash Player 10.1 support enables fully web experience.
Samsung presented Readers Hub, e-reading application with easy access to digital library that contains everything from classical literature to the latest bestsellers and reference materials. Media Hub provides access to film and video library, and also there is Music Hub.
With all standard network support (3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth) and 7-inch display Samsung's device enhances users mobile communications on a whole new interesting level.
Powered by Cortex A8 1.0 GHz application processor, the Samsung Galaxy Tab is designed to deliver high performance. HD video contents are supported by a wide range of multimedia formats (DivX, MPEG4, H.264 and more).
The Samsung Galaxy Tab will be launched in Europe in mid September, and in other markets including Korea, the US and Asia in coming months.
